Our theater is different most are in New York. They are in a beautiful building, well maintained art deco with a rich history. Our courtyard and the studio theater offers multiple spaces that are right for the additional requirements of film / TV shoots. The seating is intimate and comfortable.
Location
Our theater is Located in the heart of Broadway at 37th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues. We are located in a quiet street that is home to the studios in the industry, sound engineers, laboratories, special effects, the film vaults. At night, free street parking is ample.
Rental Rates
The theater is rented to individuals, companies and organizations based on a fee schedule approved by the Board of Directors. The rental rate structure, from January 1, 2009, is included at the end of this section.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of $ 250.00 should be celebrating a Theatre on the calendar. This fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs 120 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations must be made with written notice. The balance base income required to be later than forty-five days before the event date. The cancellation date from this point will result in the loss the entire rental deposit base.
Discretionary Reserve
At the discretion of the Board of Directors, requests for rental of the theater can be denied if the proposed event presents a potential conflict for the target market of a previously scheduled event or an event that is not considered in the best interests of the theater. The criteria include market saturation of a particular type of event, the long-term relationship of existing customers and the image Theater or the financial impact in the theater.
Events requiring security may not be appropriate for this place and approval will be at the discretion of the theater director and the board.
Labor
To ensure the protection of all computers in the home and professional presentation of events, the theater requires the customer to use the maintenance House and staff of Theatre for your event. Any cost of labor incurred by the Theatre will be billed to customer rates described at the end of this document.
Cleaning and Damage Deposit
Customers will be charged a $ 200 deposit. Cleaning will be provided by the theater staff at a minimal charge $ 100. Additional charges, if necessary, will be deducted from this deposit.
